Scarlette Lake
A dark lake house, old and bent with time, sits alone in the dark. Though the property is valuable, at the edge of Scarlette Lake, with a custom dirt track for personal jaunts in rat rod, nobody has risked claiming the land. There's something off about that rotting house. The lights are off but there is always something inside, and the garage door likes to open on its own. Some of the local kids have reported headlights flickering behind the wall of trees by the road. By morning, fresh tire indents have been made on the otherwise abandoned racetrack.
