By the campfire
You are sitting by the campfire out behind a house. A house on a dirt road. A dirt road leading from one town to the next. That dirt road is named for a family whose farm stretched along what is now that road. But they don't live here anymore. Do you live here? I don't live here, but maybe I know who does. Maybe we both know who lives here, the man sitting across the fire from us. He's been sitting here for hours. WE'VE all been sitting here for hours. Yet, it feels like nothing more than moments have passed by. Did you really sit here all night? Well, it seems you might have seen as the sun is coming up now. Or maybe that's the moon.
